Canadian Returns & Exchanges

We’re so happy to welcome our Canadian customers to Rama Baby.

Return Window

We gladly accept returns from Canada within 14 days of delivery.
This window is kept shorter for international orders so we can process your return quickly and keep our collections fresh.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be attached.

  • Sale items (including discounted styles, seasonal promotions, and accessories) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. At this time, we do not provide prepaid labels for Canadian returns.

Please select a reliable carrier with tracking to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Duties, Customs and Taxes

Any duty, customs fees, import taxes, or shipping costs paid by the customer are non refundable.
If you wish to recover customs or import fees, you may apply directly to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes.

If you used a discount code or promotional offer and your return causes your new total to fall below the minimum purchase requirement for that promotion, your refund will be recalculated based on the full price of the items kept.
Refunds will not exceed the amount originally paid after discounts were applied.

Exchanges

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not offer direct exchanges for Canadian orders.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address for your package.
