Canadian Returns & Exchanges

We’re so happy to welcome our Canadian customers to Rama Baby 

Return Window

We gladly accept returns from Canada within 14 days of delivery. This window is kept shorter for international orders so we can process your return quickly and keep our collections fresh.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be attached.
  • Sale items (including discounted styles, seasonal promotions, and accessories) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not provide prepaid labels for Canadian returns.

Duties, Customs & Taxes

Any duty, customs fees, or import taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable. If you wish to recover these fees, you may apply directly to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus original shipping and custom costs.

Exchanges

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not offer direct exchanges for Canadian orders. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Email our Customer Care team at customercare@ramababy.com with your order number and item details. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address for your package.
