How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section. There, you'll find the tracking number for your order, which you can use to track the shipment on the carrier's website.

Alternatively, you should also check your order updates via email or text for your shipment tracking link.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change make changes to your order (purchased items, shipping details, etc.) Please contact us at hello@ramababy.co as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. 

We strive to ship your orders out as soon as possible, and if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to make ammendments. 
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
your happiness is our utmost priority. If something isnt received the way you expected, please reach out to us at hello@ramababy.co and we'll work with you to make it right.

What are your shipping options?
Depending on your location,  several shipping options are offered with a variery of carriers at check out to meet your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping.

During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method and see the estimated delivery times and costs. All orders will come with a shipment tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time, we only offer shipping within the continental Us. 
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping standard (2-3 business days) is available for orders valued at $120 and over.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. A pre-paid $5 shipping label is applicable to all returns, and will be deducted from your total return amount.
 
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not offer returns on gift cards, gift wrapping, toys, socks or tights. 


How do I return an item?
We're pleased to offer easy, self service returns. to submit a return, log into your account via the email address or phone number used at check out to print your shipping label. 

Please note, Items shipped or returned outside of Rama baby will not be accepted, compensated or reimbursed. 


Will I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you a flat $5 shipping label will be deduced from your total return amount. Items shipped or returned outside of Rama baby will not be accepted, compensated or reimbursed.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. They can be purchased directly from our website are sent directly to the receipit email specified at checkout. 
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card, enter the unique gift card code at checkout in the "Gift Card" field. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Gift wrapping
we're pleased to offer premium gift wrap, that can be selected at checkout. Orders are placed wrapped in luxurious gift wrap and placed in a high quality box that can be reused for momentos.
