U.S Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy for U.S. orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For Canada based customers: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping fees. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

U.S. Returns: Returns are self service. Log into your account or access your order to request a prepaid shipping label. A $3.00 return shipping fee applies to all U.S. returns and will be deducted from your refund total.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your happiness is our biggest priority.


Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as tights, socks, or toys.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping costs paid by the customer, including any original delivery fees, are non refundable.

Returns for Orders Placed with Discount Codes

If you used a discount code or promotional offer on your original order and your return causes your new total to fall below the minimum purchase requirement for that promotion, the value of the discount will be deducted from your refund.

For example, if you used a 10% off code valid on orders over $150 and your return brings your total below that threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you kept.

If the amount you keep is less than the value of the applied discount, the refund will be adjusted so that the total discount does not exceed the value of the items retained.
