Review Reward Gift Card Policy

At Rama Baby, we offer digital gift cards as a sweet thank-you for sharing your experience with our products. To keep our review rewards fair and meaningful for all customers, please review the guidelines below.

How Review Gift Cards Are Earned

Review gift cards are issued electronically for quality, verified product reviews during select reward periods.

Review gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date your review is submitted. We do not offer any exceptions.

Only items that are kept are eligible for review rewards. Returned items do not qualify. Any issued gift card for an item that is reviewed and later returned will be removed from your customer account, forfeited, and not re-issued in any form.

Each customer may earn one review reward per product.

How Review Gift Cards Can Be Used

Review gift cards can be applied toward eligible purchases on our website.

Review gift cards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Review gift cards may not be combined with certain promotions where noted.

Only one gift card can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.

Fair Use Guidelines

To keep review rewards equitable for all:

Review gift cards cannot be used to repurchase the same item that was reviewed.

If a review gift card is used to buy the same item again (the same size or another size), the order will be canceled and the gift card will be forfeited.

Unusual, duplicate, or fraudulent review activity may result in review rewards being limited or denied.

Returns Purchased With Review Gift Cards

If an item purchased with a review reward gift card is returned, whether part of the order or the entire order, the gift-card amount used toward that purchase is forfeited and will not be refunded, reissued, or deducted from any refund amount. Any refund due and issued will be based solely on the amount actually paid, excluding the value of the gift card.
